Mindfulness for Every Day
Classes consist of presentation and discussion of specific mindfulness topics and techniques plus a group meditation session. Each week builds upon the previous weeks and emphasizes practical ways to incorporate mindfulness skills and insights into day-to-day living to reduce stress and improve your mental and physical wellbeing. Weekly homework activities (such as reading articles, watching videos, journal writing, and meditating) will assist in developing your personal mindfulness practice.
